  1. Purchasing a theme or copyright removal includes a lifelong license to use that item.
  2. Refunds are not issued to due the intangible nature of the products.
  3. One purchase allows you to run a single instance of the item.
  4. Theme brandings (such as “Theme Lab WordPress Themes”) are not to be removed unless a branding removal fee is paid.
  5. Modifications to themes are allowed as long as branding is still clearly visible.
  6. No themes are allowed to be resold, redistributed, with or without modifications unless specific permission has been granted by us.
  7. We withold the right to modify the terms of service without any prior notification or warning.

    8. ‘We’ and ‘us’ refer to Theme Lab, themelab.com.

    By purchasing a theme or downloading a theme you agree to the above terms of service.
