Tomodachi Errors in Safari

    I've been tweaking the Tomodachi theme a bit (so far just the logo!) for a non-profit I work for, and am unfortunately seeing some errors in Safari with this theme.

    If you check this out in firefox:
    http://xeniainstitute.org/

    It looks fine. But in Safari (on Mac, not sure about PC) there is some problems with the area under the logo (home, discussions, rss):

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
