Today we have a grungy theme (hence the name) designed by DemusDesign, which I then ported to WordPress. This theme is coded for WordPress 2.7+ only, which means it has support for threaded comments and comment pagination. It also means it won’t work on previous versions of WordPress. It has 6 widgetized areas, including a widgetized footer. More on that, and a couple other things below.

Today we have a feature-packed WordPress theme called RS14. The template was originally designed by Roshan of Rambling Soul, which I then ported to WordPress. It has two widgetized sidebars, Gravatar support, tag support on single posts. There is also a options page as well as two custom page templates, more info on which will be gone over after the jump. This theme would be great for a business or company site, and I’ll show you how to use it for that below.

Today we have a very cool free WordPress theme which I ported from a template by one of my favorite free template designers, Erwin of Styleshout. Like the last few previous themes, it is coded for WordPress 2.7+ only, and it won’t work on previous versions. It has a number of cool features, including a featured post box, custom archive and search templates, an options page, and four widgetized areas (including a widgetized footer). These features will be gone over below.

Today we have a very clean ported theme, originally designed as a free template by Brad of DemusDesign, and ported into WordPress by myself. This theme has the usual Gravatar support and WordPress tag support. This theme is coded for WordPress 2.7 and above only, which means it won’t work in previous versions of WordPress, but also means you can take advantage of threaded comments and comment pagination.

There are three widgetized areas as well as a convenient theme options page where you can change a number of things, both of which will be gone over below.

Today we have another great looking blog theme, designed by Rambling Soul. The original template had a cool LavaLamp effect on the menu, which was then in turn included in the WordPress theme version. You can check it out for yourself on the demo by rolling over the top navigation menu items.

Anyway, this theme, like all themes released after this post, is coded for WordPress 2.7+ only. It has threaded comments, comment pagination, as well as all the other usual features like a widgetized sidebar, Gravatar support, and WordPress tag support.

This theme is called Underwater, ported from a beautiful free template designed by DemusDesign. It was coded specifically for WordPress 2.7 and above, so it will not work with previous WordPress versions without modification. It features comment threading and pagination, four widget-ready areas, among a few other features that will be gone over below.

Today we have a very nice theme, designed by Styleshout and ported into WordPress by me. This theme has 4 widgetized areas, 2 in the sidebar, and 2 in the footer. It also has FlickrRSS support for the image gallery at the bottom. If you don’t have the plugin activated, it will show the default blank thumbnail images (which you can replace manually if you want). In addition, there is also Gravatars for comments and WordPress tag support.
