Free Theme Releases at Theme Lab
There seemed to be a three column theme drought recently, so I decided to port this one called Stylevantage from Styleshout. This template has been around a while, but I couldn’t find any decent WordPress integrations, so decided to do a fresh one myself.
- Fully compatible with WordPress 2.5 and above
- Native Gravatar (WP 2.5+) and tagging support
- Both sidebars (left and right) widget-ready
- Validates XHTML strict
There are three different color stylesheets available (orange default, green, and blue) which can be easily switched out in the header file. Simply change Orange.css to Blue.css or Green.css to change to the color of your choice.

Here we have another beautiful design from Rambling Soul, ported into WordPress by me. This free WordPress theme would be great for any nature-related blog. It has a widget-ready sidebar. Comments have Gravatar support for WordPress 2.5 users. It also has native WordPress tag support.

As you probably guessed from the theme name, this free WordPress theme has green and (mostly) brown colors. It is designed by FreeCSS.info and ported into WordPress by me. The sidebar is widget-ready, and the theme has native tag and Gravatar support (WordPress 2.5 and above only).

Today we have a very nice WordPress theme, designed by Snapp Happy and ported into WordPress by me. This theme has a sleek color scheme which would be great for any tech blog. The sidebar on the left is widget-ready.

Today we have a very cool free WordPress theme, originally designed by DemusDesign, and ported into WordPress by me. This theme may look simple on the front-end, but the configuration file in the back-end gives you a nice selection of options that control color choice, column amount, among other things - which will be gone over below.
And now on to the features…

Today we have a long awaited 3 column WordPress theme, designed by our friends over at SymiSun (same designer of this theme) and ported into WordPress by me.
Both sidebars are widget-ready. The top menu (Page 1, 2, 3) will have to be hard coded with links as the current template would make it nearly impossible for me to integrate a dynamic page list.
Lucky for you HTML beginners out there, I’ve developed a handy tool to help you generate the necessary code. If you’re familiar with conditional tags you can use the “active” class for an additional style on active page items.

Here’s another great template designed by DemusDesign and ported into WordPress by me. This one actually has a separate stylesheet for 800px width, as well as 1024px width (the default). There is a style switcher script built in for this, which can be seen at the bottom of the right sidebar. The sidebar and footer are both widgetized and ready to go.

Here we have a beautiful and vibrant free theme titled Rainbow Dreams, great for any blog looking for a dreamy feel. The sidebar is widget-ready, including search box. It has been tested and working with WordPress 2.5. Many thanks to XHTML Valid for the coding (some other nice WordPress themes there as well).

Today we have a very nice looking free WordPress theme, originally designed by Christopher Robinson of Edg3, and ported into WordPress by myself. The Spring Bloom template has been downloaded over 16,000 times on oswd.org and over 3,000 times at OpenDesigns.org. The sidebar is widget-ready, including the search box.

I’m proud to present Theme Lab’s 50th WordPress theme. This is a one column layout perfect for a personal blog or portfolio site. It was designed by Templatefusion.org and of course - ported into WordPress by myself. This one features a theme options page to remove page list items from the top navigation menu.
