Today we have a very light free WordPress theme (hence the name) adapted from a design by Solucija. The theme contains no images and is pure CSS, ideal for fast loading websites. It has a widget-ready footer with room for about 3 items. Comments are equipped with native Gravatar support for those using WordPress 2.5 and above.

I like this theme a lot, but I’d need a one with at least 300px sidebar on the right..
Could anyone recommend a similar theme (but with widget sidebar)? - zero images, all css. Not too much built-in functionality, as I like to utilize plugins and widgets instead if I do want to add something.

If you don’t mind paying ($19.95), this is another very nice one from Elegant Themes with no images: PureType …although it may have a little too much “built-in functionality” thought it might be worth mentioning.
So clean and lightweight. I like this. Thank you very much.
PS: Can you make a version for Blogger?
