		<description>Speaking form experience, if you have had a Wordpress blog long enough, eventually you will run into a scenario where you wish you had a recent backup.  IT is like backing up your My Documents in case you get a virus or something.  Eventually you will get burned if you don&#039;t take the time to backup in advance.</description>
