This is literally breaking news. I was browsing through the WordPress.org website and was surprised to see the new design out of nowhere. I’m happy to announce WordPress 2.5 has been released. So far there have been 34,051 downloads and counting. You can download it here. Hopefully our installing WordPress tutorial is still up-to-date. If you saw my previous post you’ll know this is an especially exciting release.

I just completed the upgrade of my blog and i have to say i am very impressed with the new look admin.
I’m having trouble with my feed, it’s displaying the full thing, where previously it would cut it off at the “more” break. Is this a new “feature”?
I liked having the bit before the “more” act as a teaser. Do you know if there’s a way to change it back?
Thanks!
@Nico: You may have to change your reading settings to display the summary (instead of full) in your feed…
