I have some problems with this template. The Category and Archive doesn’t appear at the bottom as I see in the demo site. It appear on the left. How to edit this template so that i can look like the demo site ?

How can I change the black to i.e green or red?
I’ve tried to change in the stylesheet but it doesn’t do anything. I am a rookie so I’m not so good, but I’m learning.
